Two brothers one goal!!

Stormy , stormy night,

what holds the secret of your might?

You beauty fearful.

Dread binding us tight.

Fear within sucks us in.

Always seeking light.

Once committed to this sin,

our hope, our fear, our dignity

controls us strong as steel.

I see it now in the calm.

When the lightening and the rain may speak.

I’ll seek shelter like the humble and the meek.

  1. Ths poem was interesting. If I am interpreting this correctly, your last two lines suggest that when the storm comes you will seek refuge in God? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
